I've been off the bandwagon for the past two weeks. I need to take the time to review my diet plan and stick to it for the week. Planning is the key to staying on the forefront of the goal. I'm a bit anxious awaiting word when I'll begin working. I can't complain that I gained 2#'s considering what I've been eating.
