Had a new focus this past week to get back on track. Working with my youngest. She lost 2 lbs this week. She is on an exercise track as well. Yesterday ran almost 7 miles on the treadmill. She is my inspiration. Did 100 sit-ups yesterday, today I'll go for that as well and add back in my ball exercises. On my way, would like to be to 180 by 2/14 - I CAN DO IT!
85.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
