Well, last year I lost 30 lbs. and maintained my weight, but over the holidays and with some stress I gained 5 lbs. I will lose that and an addl. 5. My goal this year is to get in shape, firm up.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
