Not entering food today sice we're eating out. breakfast: Cracker Barrel sirloin skillet; no potatoes, extra egg & double veggies. Dinner: CB again, steak w/garlic butter & salad w/ vinaigrette.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 59.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can eat out if you watch the carbs. A quarter pounder with cheese, mustard only, and toss away the bun isn't bad in a pinch
