That's right, the more steady the loss the easier to maintain. If you want to look at what you are doing, you can probably find one change to increase your weight loss. Like some cardio instead of hiking. The scenery isn't as pretty, but it will help you reach your goal faster. Let's start doing a little more exercise....I am here to help you. We were going to start in week 3, but we can start this weekend or sooner if you want. =) hang in the cuz!!!
