first week diet went well exercise not so well but ill keep working on that

At least there's something positive there! You stuck to your diet plan. It's hard to start both at the same time, so give yourself some credit. Work the exercise in starting this week and just tell yourself you meant it that way! :) Five more weeks of our mini-challenge and by then they'll both be habits. Good luck!
