Hooray!...Another 2 lbs. gone. It makes up for staying the same last week. I'm hoping slowly but surely will win the race. Think I'll watch my portion sizes a bit more though as I think I may be being a bit too generous with them, especially as the weather is getting colder and I tend to eat more then. Hope you'll all be having a good week.

Well done, fantastic loss. I'm with you on the portion control in the winter months, so easy to go overboard but you're aware of it so can deal with it.
