I'm surprised. Even though I haven't logged meals for a couple of days, I am eating well. We are trying new recipes and I don't know how to enter the food. And I just can't figure out how to get the cook book feature to work - and heaven knows I've tried. Happy hump day friends!

I find the cookbook feature here frustrating and don't use it often. If you go to https://www.caloriecount.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php it's a much easier way, then you can add your dish, with it's Nutrional Values, as a new food, just not as a recipe. If the recipe is online, just put the URL in the notes area. If it's your own recipe, there is a lot of space in the Notes (or is it description?) area. I would love FS to go to this method

Thank you Lindart - that's pretty much the way I've been doing it.
