So far it seems high amounts of cooked and raw veggies keeps me really full with little calories. First few days were rough but then I started feeling really good without eating a lot. Also not eat between meals keeps me from munching. If I split up the day in smaller meals i seem to be hungry all the time.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks for the comments, i believe i can keep this up for the long term. but I'll be happy if i keep losing any amount in a week.
