Ok, its no secret, I'm not a fan of winter. But this year is different, NO SNOW!!! bahahhahaha. I noticed before Monday, I didn't really have the energy to work out. Now, when I get home, my legs bounce till I get on the treadmill! Much more energy this time around, and I like it. And I don't feel the need for naps and I sleep much sounder! So far, whats not to like??
