Thank you all! I have just been trying to stick to my LCHF diet to a tee! I think being completely off Pasta, Rice, Bread and Sweets (sugar foods) for the past few weeks has finally caught up with me and now I am burnin the fat instead..I am also trying to keep my CARBs down to under 20 a day and protein at a minimal..
