I thought I was super sore yesterday. I was not. Today bending over feels like torture. I have another 8 am workout at the gym and feeling pretty overwhelmed. Its hard to sleep well when your this sore. Still maintaining weight, actually surprised I don't have a gain with how heavy I feel. Food was on point yesterday. Still eating my morning gruel (oatmeal) feel like its the only thing that sticks with me through a workout. Wish it was something super exciting like Day 14 where I would be seeing results! But the only way to get there is through Day 3 so off I go... Thanks for the encouragement yesterday - surprised how much it works.

I couldn't stay on such a harsh regime myself. I think you should listen to your body, it doesn't lie. If you are in that much pain, you may need to take time off. Take care of yourself and your body : )

Don't take time off. Keep going! If your body is that sore, do an easier exercise session. But don't stop, or you'll never get to where you want to be.
