So I switched my weigh in days from Monday's to Wednesdays. It just seemed to make more sense in my head since Sundays I tend to be more relaxed in my program with no exercise or any kind of work out.
Today I WI losing another .6 pounds. I sure wish it would come off faster, but I know it is a process. I have a goal to reach onderland by my birthday (Dec.7th), and looking at the weight I have to lose, and the time in which to do it, I am not 100% sure that is even attainable. But I will put forth my best effort. If I don't make it by my birthday, I will shoot for starting 2008 off in Onderland. It will be nice to leave the 200's in 2007.
I have increased my weekly workouts. I am on my treadmill 45 minutes 6 days a week, I am lifting weights on M,W,F's and doing ab work outs on T,Th, and Sat.
