I feel exhausted and I just found out that the medication I'm taking to help prevent migraines is known to put on weight. So, there's that. I'm not sure what to do. Just keep in keto and hope that I counter it? I'm frustrated. If anyone is curious, I'm taking Amitriptyline at night now. I've been feeling physically better (fewer headaches) but the scale is going the wrong way. Any thoughts?

How long have you been on Amitriptyline (Elavil)? That drug has a boatload of side effects. Rapid weight gain is a side effect that can happen; doesn't mean it will happen. If it is controlling your migraines I would say stick with it unless you start picking up serious weight. 0.3 kilograms isn't a serious weight gain.

I've only been taking it for a few weeks, but the more I read about it, the more I wish I could switch to something that may have fewer side effects. I'm also reading that it may not be good to mix with my Prozac. I'm not sure.

I would ask your physician to consider another medication.
