now, i am a pessimist through and through, so even tho i weighed myself several times, i truly think that scale is waaaay off. so i hesitate to put in my new weight, but i will anyhow. i mean, if i get a chance to weigh on a different scale in the near future, i may be in for a shock, but for now, i will pat myself on the back and shall keep up with phase one. its been going well. i'm pretty used to it, mostly just wanted to get back into the habit of eating a wee bit better...less baked goods and chocolate bars ( my weaknesses for SURE ). i will likely only do this for a week, and then try to carry on with mostly watching my calories.
