Today's training: jogged 1 mile in 17:02 with a 3 min break at .5 mile to use the lil girls room.
Training goals: jog 1 mile in <17:00 with no breaks tomorrow personal trainer session on Wed rest Thurs walk/jog full 5k distance on Friday
