Today is my first day of workouts for my challenge. I have been dropping pounds but my goal is to tone and shape up a bit before the new year. I'm contemplating doing two workouts per day although today I've missed the morning call. We'll see how it goes :)
109.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
