Shoulder injury isn't allowing me to lift weights so I'll add a walk on to my biking...it isn't as intense, but it will have to do...I'm seeing my team's trainer after classes today
102.3 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
