Well, there we go! It seems it was all water after all ^^
I followed my diet and exercise yesterday and today my weight is lower than it was two days ago!
I'm really glad that I started this over here because it will help me keep the motivation up to get to my goal!
106.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
