No change in weight this week. I will be adding more exercise this week and continue to watch what I eat. I did notice that I did slack off on watching what I eat a bit. I'm guessing I was giving myself a little extra food here and there for losing 4 lbs last week. So I am catching my self sabotaging before it gets out of hand! Boy this whole thing can really be a mind game. I will win against that little devil on my shoulder this week!
