This week I need to build endurance I need to start walking w/ walk away the pounds and start dancing to at least two songs doing this 6 times a week!!!!!!! 4 more pounds to go before the month is up
96.5 kg Lost so far: 41.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
