Down a little in spite of lighter workout yesterday due to time constraints...attended Iowa's Reagan Dinner celebrating his 100th birthday...a little late still an important tribute...careful with what I ate, though acquaintances bought 2 Miller Lite's
101.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
