I am happy! I avoided another takeout night. He had Chinese I had flank steak and roasted Brussel Sprouts. Oh that was so good.

He says I'm too thin and need to add fat for muscle growth. I tell him I'm working on it. He likes spicy beef noodle soup extra meat. He and his father split it. I love it but gave up the noodles but now I give up takeout until vacation.

He's built like a brick u know what. He's 50 Japanese 50 Croatian. He eats lucky charms or captn crunch berries every night. Coffe with French vanilla creamer a blueberry muffin from 7-11 every morn and fast food for lunch and normally dinner. Every night this week... He rides his motorized bicycle to work and back everyday 14 miles. He throttles the whole way but still has to hold himself up! Lol. He's getting pudgy round the gut but can loose it in no time. Smh. Softball starts soon. We play coed on Mondays and he plays w his brother on Sunday's. I hope my new muscles will help with my swing. Going to hit the cages soon to see ;)

Yes he loves to play softball w his brother. On Mondays we play with tabbycat my SIL and her dh plays as well. She is much better batting average than I. This season I'm really going to try hard at the plate. Focus!Follow thru... Ya da ya da ya da. 😆

Great news and changes Misty!!! Eating as fuel, H & C, HP on a continuous basis are huge body changers...if you find a happy groove with them I can't wait to see your progress in 90 days, your power in the batting box will make you happy too. Proud of you Misty...have a great weekend!!
