I kinda fell off the band wagon over the last month. I'm certainly going to try my hardest to start monitoring my calorie intake and weight again!
58.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It certainly is! I've been off work for the last 3 months which hasn't helped, I'm back next week so hopefully my weight will drop then! 😊
