It's a girl! She was a surprise and we had convinced ourselves it was going to be a boy! I did not see that coming. Now to find some safe postpartum exercises to kick this thing off right... After a few days of rest that is. If anyone has any ideas or legit sites I can find info on, let me know!
83.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week

Congratulations!!!! Enjoy every moment you have! I'd rest up a few days. Having a baby is like running an iron-man marathon. Drink some chicken broth if you want to avoid the sugar from gatorade, and let your electrolytes get back to normal. But rest and rest alot. And just love on that little bundle of joy! Blessings to you!
