I have had a poor past few days and therefore I am delighted that the scale hasn't moved! I am back on track (AGAIN)! Well until the weekend, but I hope to maybe get some extra steps in as I am not working at all and we don't have the kids. I do have a feeling that wine will be an added no no in the scheme of things as I will be working on getting wedding invites finished.
