6 pounds...admitedly I didn't mind my "Ps & Qs" as closely as I should over Mom's visit, but 6 pounds...Come on!!!
103.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
