Becky I'm using the powder stevia have you noticed any real difference between the liquid and powder?

I feel that the liquid stevia di
ssolves really well, I haven't used the powder kind in a while. I think the liquid might have less of an aftertaste too. Or maybe that's just in my head lol.

I haven't been able to find yogurt with 0 carbs. What brand do you buy?

0% Greek yogurt has more carbs than the full fat version. I always buy the whole milk yogurt for that reason. It tastes better too.

To continue my above note. I am confused as to why you said no carbs. 0% means that they took all the fat out therefore the carbs go up. Maybe you read it wrong?
