Been to the gym twice this week... I am feeling really good!! Lost 11.2 lbs since Sunday! Can't beat that! Sugar and carbs are my worst enemy!
113.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
