Finally having some loss! 😊
57.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are doing good well with your 'battle'....saw some entries earlier. ..we all have down days...I sometimes don't record. .but that's wrong. .cos you look back and you can reflect.....but you're really doing great.

Thanks JB. 😊 that bad days are the worst to record, I find them quite demoralising but also motivating at the same time! I hope you don't have to spend to much time on the epillietical today!

Phew..0.6 dropped....so that's a total of over 2kg. Ideally I would like to lose another kg by the end of the week...drastic. probably but I need to bring to back into target before going back to normal 1.5kg loss per week. Maintaining thereafter for me will be easier.
