The gain is probably due to all the crap I ate over the weekend! Serious exercise needed again this week!!!!
I've done my measurements and I've actually lost now:
Waist: 24inch
Hips: 36inch
Upper thigh: 19inch
Lower thigh: 15inch
Ankle: 8.5inch
58.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
