I'm not going to weigh myself today- I've eaten to much bad food so I'm ashamed to stand on the scales- I may do it tomorrow. On another note I've started to increase my exercise.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
