I'm not sure if this weight entry is accurate since my weight scale is starting to fritz out, but I got this same number after weighing myself 5 times in a row.

Ugh, post-holiday weight gain from all carnage of the yummy homemade goodies. Oh well, Im back in the saddle again, and strangely Im feeling much more determined. Maybe I just needed to have a little splurge time, like a little vacation from working on my diet and exercise.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
