Hubby's been gone for over a week so there's been no cooked meals - just too tired to do so after a long day at work, and no real desire to try to figure out "meals for one" in any event. I probably should watch the food intake since I seem to be sensitive to dietary changes. Historically, I've never experienced such a quick loss or gain because of a change in eating habits. I guess my system doesn't want variations from my usual quality of food. Oh well, hubby should be back Tuesday or Wednesday. Then I'll get back to normal. 😊
