Went on a fast and after the holidays I will be on the 9 day first phase. I am excited about what God has in store for my physical and mental well being.

68.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg. Still to go: 10.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wat type of fast u going on if u don't mind me askin? I'm thinkin bout goin on one also! R u cutting out diff foods or u jst not eating so any hrs of the day

right now i am on a fast from sweets and low carbs. starting mar i will be doing no food after 7pm.
