Back to more conscientious eating again. The walking has been hindered by knee arthritis with this artic blast. -30 today makes it hard to get even 3000 steps in outside. After the overtime week will start swimming.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
