I just worked it up: last night 2497 calories for dinner, 3771 for the day, 7042 for the weekend. Time to behave a little bit. That was a fast start to putting 10 lbs back on, but certainly not the correct way.
Restarted the 100 pushups program in week 3 and did 85 plus 10 from the knees after the max set at 25. Saturday 10/01 I did an exhaustion test at 40.
