I successfully made it though my cousins wedding without cheating. I ate some steak, chicken, steamed broccoli, salad, water and iced tea. Passed on the alcohol, dozens of different kinds of cheese cake, wedding cake and candy! I am so proud of myself, because I almost caved in for a piece of caramel apple cheese cake. Weighted myself this morning and I came out with a loss too! I can’t believe that the weight is just melting off. 25 more lbs. and I think I will move on to OWL phase.
90.8 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
