Worked out at LCC last two days and feel really good. Looking for mind, body, spirit balance. Need to control/reduce beer and liquor intake. Wasteful calories and wasting life!
93.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
