WOW didnt think I lost 3.1 lbs this week BUT apparently I did. I think I will have no problems loosing the rest I HOPE!!
91.8 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
