I've just been sitting here planning a day of prep cooking for tomorrow, so I've got the RIGHT kind of stuff ready to eat. I haven't eaten properly in a couple of days--SO busy because I'm just beginning work on the current play in our community theatre group. I'm directing, but that's just it: I'm going to BE this busy until the second week of March! So it's up to me to plan and prep, otherwise I'll never eat right, and I don't want to lose all the progress I've been making. But like you said: I feel good. Not beating myself up, just knowing I CAN do this and I WILL. And I AM. :)
