I'm back from the dark side. 31 days of holiday fun and frolicking, only gained 9 pounds. Oh well I guess I'll try to get back on the program. just saw a news report of a study that says dieters are depressed and angry, been dieting for 25 years, this explains a few things. Happy New Year☺
