Still struggling to get to 220...I've come a long way, but now for the 1st time I feel deprivation of certain things...I really have to stay under 40 carbs to lose weight!!!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have come too far to let it all go to pot now. 6lb could only be 2 or 3 weeks if you try hard. Keep at it, you have done so well.
