Two days of 2000 cal intake. Today taking phent early to help with cravings. Hopefully keep intake to 1500. I did manage not to eat the cheese cake even when I had it on my meal plan for the day. Instead pigged out on movie popcorn. No walks yesterday and puppy is about to jump off the walls. Chilly today but will get out. Guess it's good I haven't given up. Going to make another spinach kale soup today.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
