within 4 pounds of my goal of 220...I hope to live the rest of my life @ between 220 and 210 (from 1971-1976 I played at 275-280)...the significant drop was the result of no supper because of a Thursday game...I want to be able to treat myself occasionally without the aura of deprivation that I have lived with since November 10th 2010!!! Is it possible???
101.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good weight loss this week guy. Skipping supper isn't the way to do it though, eh? You shouldn't be feeling a sense of deprivation - that sucks. I too want to get below my goal so I can have some wiggle room. Good luck

Finding that balance between good healthy foods, portion control, and exercise, and deprivation will be a thing of the past! You are doing an amazing job! Cheering you on ... GO COACH!!!
