Half phent yesterday. Finally got back to 193 did some yoga yesterday. A good sweat need to change up exercise. Will do one day a week high calorie day no bump up metabolism.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
