Saturday long day at work not much walking happening. Sunday have to get 6 hours work in off for baseball game 9 am for breakfast OCB. Forgot meds ASA only today. Brought meatloaf.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
