Not much of a loss here. I burned way more calories than I ate. Hmmphf!!!???? Makes me think the bloody mary won't be so bad today.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
