Not bad! The old bathroom scales are not exactly accurate... I could be any weight, but I'm feeling positive today after yesterday's exercise class!
67.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
