Well I went up a pound over night. Hope its just that my meal last night was heavy.

It puzzles me how eating just a few hundred calories mean a pound of weight gain but it 3500 calories to loose a pound.

Oh well at least I still didn't gain my normal 4-5 pounds over the weekend so may be by Friday my weight will go down.

I know my weight varies daily and this is just really venting but it feels better to vent then to pout.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
